TO RESERVE YOUR CHILD’S ENROLLMENT FOR 2022 - 2023, PLEASE FILL OUT THE INTENT TO ENROLL FORM.
**If you wish, you can register your child from home using any of the options below. Note: All documents [Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Transcript, & if applicable, Individualized Education Plan (IEP), 504 Plan and/or any Student Support Information] can be submitted via the school site office.

OPTION A: ONLINE
Step 1: Registration Forms Available on Docusign Platform
Step 2: Call/text (669) 207-6976 or email [email protected] to set a
date and time for a virtual Meet & Greet with school staff. Both the
parent and student must be present for the Meet & Greet.
OPTION B: BY MAIL
Step 1: Either Call, Text, or Email the Community Outreach Manager at
(669) 207-6976/[email protected] to request the Registration
Forms to be mailed to your home. IMPORTANT: Be sure to include
your home address.
Step 2: Complete the Registration Forms in pen.
Step 3: Mail the completed Registration Forms along with your child’s
child’s Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, and Current Transcript. ** If applicable, please include Individualized Education Plan (IEP), 504 Plan and/or any Student Support Information. Note: All documents besides the Registration Forms can be sent to us when the “Shelter in Place” order is lifted.
