Official Distribution Day is TODAY
Wednesday, May 19, 2021 from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

We ask that you please comply with the following to receive your order;

1. Please comply with all state, local and school COVID-19 Protocol. We ask that you maintain a safe distance and wear a facemask at all times. Once you have received your order, we kindly ask that you do not remain on campus to mitigate possible exposure.

2. Only students or parents/guardians/caretaker may pick up graduation items, signature is required when the item is received.

3. Only Cash or Check is acceptable as payment. Purchase of Stoles must be paid in full. Please bring exact change ($35) as change may not be available initially. This is Only applicable to students that ordered a Stole (Zarape/Intl Stole or Kente) other than Satin Gold (Senior Gift on behalf of LVLA).

Please note: If you placed an order for an International Stole, shipment is currently delayed due to high demand. I will inform students separately when these items have arrived.

Honor Cords and Medallions will be distributed on the day of graduation rehearsal. Please refer to Power School or reach out to your Academic Counselor for this information.

Lastly,

If you are unable to pick-up on the designated date, please email me directly with your proposed pick-up time. We understand this may not fit your families schedule and we would like to support you. Our office is open M-F, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
