The Counseling and College and Career Readiness teams will be hosting SAT registration workshops to help students register for the June 5th test date. Please review the most recent update to help your student decide if they'd like to register for the test
If you are applying to Privates in the Fall of 2021(and they require an SAT or ACT) you will be registering for the June 5th SAT test date.
If you are a good test taker and not applying to privates, but will be applying to UC’s & CUS’s and want to take the SAT test, you can register for the June 5th test or wait until Fall of 2021 to take it.
UC’s & CSU’s still don’t know if they will require SAT or ACT for admissions purposes

Los Consejeros y equipo de Preparación Universitaria y de Carreras ofrecerán talleres de registración para el examen SAT que se llevará a cabo el 5 de junio. Revise la actualización más reciente para ayudar a su estudiante a decidir si desea registrarse para el examen.
Si aplicaras a universidades privadas en el otoño de 2021 (y requiere el examen SAT o ACT), se registrará para la fecha del examen SAT del 5 de junio.
Si se te facilita tomar exámenes y no aplicarás a universidades privadas, pero si aplicaras a las universidades UC y CSU y quieres tomar el examen SAT, puedes registrarte para el examen del 5 de junio o esperar hasta el otoño de 2021 para tomarlo.
Las universidades UC y CSU aún no saben si requerirán el SAT o ACT para ser admitido
